Four countries in two days or my definition of "fulfiling life". (3)

Hello again, my hedgehog loving friends!

As you may remember from the previous post I wanted to leave cold Moscow in search of happiness, heat, rice, exotic food and nice looking female hedgehogs...

Ooops, I almost forgot to tell you - before leaving I was introduced to a nice (but kind of weird) couple, who agreed to assist me in my wanderings (sometimes it gets kind of hard to explain to airport security guard why a hedgehog is travelling all by himself...honestly, these people have no tolerance). Anyway, their names are Sasha and Karina, here goes their pic:

So, back to traveling - I left Moscow on the 3rd of Feb, 2015 and flew to Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE.
Well, first of all, flying is INCREDIBLE, it never ceased to amaze me that such a heavy vehicle (designed by humans!) can fly, but I have to give it to them - it is quite something. The views are fantastic - white fluffy clouds, snow covered mountain peaks, shiny beautiful disk of a full moon and bright honey colored webs of house buildings and roads.

And of course I just loved the food, unlike my wild relatives I enjoy various types of it, and chocolate mousse is one of my favorites.

We didn't have much time in Abu Dhabi, so instead of going out, we explored the airport. My friends have trashed their winter jackets (+24°C in Abu Dhabi and even hotter weather in Viet Nam), Sasha tasted local Burger King (while me and Karina flatly refused to do so - we try to eat healthy food only, you should forgive my chocolate mousse weakness).
While Sasha was indulging himself with an unreasonably big whopper and huge French fries (to tell you the truth it makes my mouth water even to type this) I was enjoying some light reading:

To pass the time till our next flight I made friends with a camel (who wasn't very chatty, unfortunately) but who allowed to sit on his back anyway (or so I figured..):

Also I tried out the moving thingy which is used by lazy humans to get from one point to another faster (and they wonder why they keep gaining weight...):

Next plane ride was quite comfortable, to my opinion:

Etihad Airways provides even socks!

I have always wanted to try out being a DJ:

Our next stop was Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur which was way more interesting because we were able to go out of the airport and roam around a little.

Strange things happen in KL airport - I really can not comprehend why would anyone do this but there are some big sculptures of food placed all around the airport, not eatable, to my immense disappointment.

And again I tried to make friends with locals:

Can you find me here?

I am not sure about you, but the one thing which the 3 of us knew about Malaysia was Petronas twin towers, so we decided to check them out.

50 minutes, 116 ringgit (local money) per person (I pretended to be a normal stuffed animal toy in order not to pay) and we are there. Some facts about the towers - there are 88 floors and the max height is 452 m (which is 88 m lower than Ostankinskaya tower in Moscow). The city views are breathtaking, see for yourself:

The excursion itself cost us 80 ringgit per person, check out the nice blue badge they gave me:

Also you can see your reflection in the inbuilt webcam (personally, I didn't get it but my pet humans were quite excited):

I can't shake off the feeling that female human - Karina likes me, she keeps sending all kinds of signals.... Sasha is starting to suspect something...

On the 86th floor you can find all kinds of models, here you can see the top part of the Petronas:

I asked Sasha and Karina to make a funny photo with me, afterward I regretted it - they had the imagination only to toss me around:

View from Skybridge, connecting the "twins":

Me, downstairs, just, you know, looking awesome:

On the lower floors there is a huge trade center:

Karina, pretending to be local:

Some random shots for you, to feel the atmosphere of the city:

In order to get to our final destination (Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam) we had to catch our last plane.

Stay tuned if you want to see our next adventures in Viet Nam

PS To keep you happy - some pics of mine. Yeah, I know, I look downright gorgeous!
